二屋相差八度，如考虑罗盘之误差与磁偏，就可能不在同一卦位或二十四山之内。大家可根据台湾的磁偏算一下，可属于同一字内否。

現在提供二例，先序其因素如下：  
 
第一：此案例在台南五期重劃區，兩位地主因賣地而致富，相邀一起購屋，居臨相伴。
 
第二：戊寅年1998年購置，當年搬入。
 
第三：本人癸未年2003年受聘鑑定，此宅吉凶。
 
第四：兩陽宅，都是坐子山，坤方開門。
 
 
一間是坐子山周天03度，開坤門，本人受屋主聘請入宅鑑定。
 
此坐落子山周天03度，七運天運，當旺之位，屬西卦之體，開坤方之門，七運天運也是當旺之門，屬東卦之體。
 
本人斷之，居屋之人，身體氣旺，錢財更旺，但是容易被倒債，投資必損失難回也。
 
居屋之內女性，必定少有在家，超過四年，如果有女兒，必常外宿不歸，如果婦人，因須注意交友狀況，不然，容易換夫也。 
 
事後屋主之證言，本人其言不差。妻子因外遇，剛離婚，生一女二十一歲，因上網認識朋友，已有三個月沒入家門。
 
投股票，期貨，開店無一賺錢，只靠五間，透天四樓店面出租維生，月租金五十萬左右收入也。
 
本人建議，坤門封住，改由午門出入，可居住至2007年止，一定要換屋也，不然，超過時間，您想搬也搬不了，因為此宅之氣，必鎖其念也。 
 
最多2010年必定一貧如洗啦!
 
屋主接受本人建議而改之，出入午門。
 
今年八月屋主再聘邀，鑑定要換屋事宜，從口中得知，當時改門之後，二個月左右，女兒自動歸居，並且，得一職至今正常上班，而且，準備婚嫁之期。
 
 
再言隔壁陽宅，坐落子山周天355度，坤方開門出入，坐入東宅體，衰氣卦位，門開坤方當旺東宅體之門，本人斷言，此宅錢財無慮，由女性為主理家，男性易得糖尿或是尿毒之疾，其壽不長，建議立即換屋。
 
屋主言到，本人所斷不差，今年剛驗出尿酸嚴重，一切由妻子打理，他也有五間，透天四樓店面出租維生，月租金五十萬左右收入也。
 
但是從不投資與開店，也沒有無被倒債過，也是生一女，認真讀書也。
 
關於換屋建議，要考慮也。
 
從第一間屋主，口中得知，去年一月，因尿毒之疾，已往生啦!   
 
上述二例，同坐子山，同開坤方之門，因不同坐入度數，產生不一樣的結果。

第一例子，由于分金不符，再加流年原因，有一年之小灾，此灾应在之前先化解。看情况没有此动作，故有灾应。若一切不动，进入八运，将大旺钱财！让你这么一改，他家的灾白受了。
八运发财的机会跟他家没关系咯！
   从所述情况看，外局应见明水或暗水。不信传上外局看看！
 
第二例子，由于替卦原因，伤人在所难免，另，内外局必见杀！

請教巨蟹兄：
一、依巨蟹兄之意，此等『發磁或氣或色』之物，是否可視為影響『收氣』吉凶之物？（按巨蟹兄的說法，即可否視為「來風」或「來曜」之物？）
 
二、巨蟹兄之意是否是說，即使調整這些『發磁或氣或色』之物的位置，而使磁針指向呈現吉利坐度（正神盤），但若這些物品的位置不在挨星玄空的吉方（零神盤），則仍不以吉論，若在凶方，更會有凶象？
