1 、要精于峦山，峦头的书籍比比皆是，应领心悟之。 2 、量水口，点穴要准确，俗说：三年寻龙，十年点穴，如点穴不准，水口即借，求福反而招祸，此点切记。 3 、罗经地盘正针格龙，立向，消水，消砂。 4 、有此俗师在量水口时，会说某某方乾戌水来发富贵，此是伪法，真法是：乾水就是乾水，戌水就戌水，不容许夹乾夹戌，有夹则杂，有夹杂者阴阳驳杂出卦，不是先吉后凶就是先凶后吉，凶吉无定甚至吉地变为绝地，杨公《天玉外传》有：乾向乾流出状元，非乾祸转传，隔位一字水来朝，出卦祸难逃。之语，望切记。

点穴七步独言歌

寻龙容易点穴难，消峰纳水不等间。
水来水去莫马虎，来龙水口要配清。
穴堂对主方为贵，穴位高低要分明。
穴高左右受风杀，尸骨难存子孙惨。
穴低会受两手协，儿孙风度不超人。
青龙白虎高于穴，后代儿孙终须绝。
龙真穴的方为贵，儿孙兴旺出官僚。
罗盘知识能通窍，地灵人杰世居朝。
