1月15日，山西臨汾黃河壺口三百多米寬，四公里長的壺口河槽被十幾米厚的冰凌全部覆蓋，在岸邊已看不到壺口，也听不到震天的咆哮聲，壺口瀑布不見了蹤影，岸邊游人通往看壺口的小橋為了安全已被攔住。在此居住了六十年的壺口牽驢人張國寶老漢說︰“這是百年未見的的奇觀，是前幾天上游水庫大量放水，沖下冰凌堵塞河道而形成，對面高出壺口十幾米的陝西壺口觀瀑峰賓館一層也進了冰凌。
