[转帖]香港青衣陽宅評論(skyman兄提供）

<p>此為香港青衣長安邨中層一單位，座丙向壬，約35平方米，1988年入宅，至今仍入住中。
此宅入住早期，財運不差，但在1994-1995年，財運極度破敗。在1996年就開始轉好，而1997年更三級跳升，至今一直保持，至少不用為錢煩惱。
而1996年前，宅前方的青宏宛及宅前右方的灝景灣是沒有的，從窗向右望，能望到海及對岸。
1994，右前方的灝景灣開始建築中，至1999年
1998，前方青宏宛開始建築中，至2001年。

女宅主﹝1938年生，住'2'房﹞在2003年六、七月(忘記那個月) 比人入屋爆竊，被盜去萬多元金飾。其他地方則完全無事。

現有三問題：

一. 男宅主﹝1966年生，住'1'房﹞在2000年四月發生那樣事情？
A. 被打劫    B. 犯官司   C. 大病一場

二. 男宅主最近有那兒長期痛？
A. 腳痛    B. 胃痛   C. 頭痛   

三. 住此宅的人的關係？
A. 好   B. 一般   C. 差

答案如下：

一. 男宅主﹝1966年生，住'1'房﹞在2000年四月發生那樣事情？
B. 犯官司。宅主受此官司纏繞至2003年初才終結。

二. 男宅主最近有那兒長期痛？
C. 頭痛。由上年年底至今，都有頭痛。

三. 住此宅的人的關係？
C. 差。此宅的人都不甚說話，一說話就吵架。
