此山內植物一年四季青翠且氣候較溫暖，在平均四千公尺西藏地方，算是異數，有許多喇嘛在此修行，蓮花生大士也曾在修行留有著名的蓮師洞，西藏第一寺桑耶寺在左下角.前面大河為雅魯藏布江．

此女喇嘛寺位於山腰上一平台，附近草木最盛，且感覺溫溫的．

 小弟只走到女喇嘛廟,由女喇嘛廟往上照同行的人大都有上去,從女喇嘛廟上去往返約2.5小時大約走1公里,因空氣稀薄再加上太懶,所以沒上去,現在想想真後悔,不過今年因該會再去,一定要去參拜一下.

空氣稀薄？海拔多少？建議帶「紅景天」隨身，專治高山證。記得低氧區最能增加肺活量，是修 kundalini 最好地點。到蓮師洞，修一座法勝於平地百千座。

慕羲兄:
 海拔大約4300公尺左右,紅景天上次去有吃效果不錯,低氧區最能增加肺活量這是真的,在西藏感覺頭骨一在裂,回來後感覺功力增加很多,到蓮師洞，修一座法勝於平地百千座,回來後才知所以很後悔.

kundalini 中文為何,請兄指導一下謝謝.

 洪景天，吃的是好像是藥粉顆粒(有一點不確定),是領隊發的,kundalini 漢譯就是靈蛇拙火,我是修這個功法,謝謝慕羲兄指導.

去年8月去6天,台灣-香港-直飛西藏,約台幣42000元.不過我們是自己組團,行程是自己安排的.
