<li>1.泥丸宮：位於頭頂上方。 
</li><li>2.玄關：<big>玄關者，指在兩眼及兩眉牽直，前額骨到鼻骨之中間，形勢似在十字架中心者，自性佛之所在，靈胎溫養處。</big> 
</li><li>3.十二重嘍：位於喉嚨處。 
</li><li>4.壇中：<big>位於雙乳的中間。</big> 
</li><li>5.丹田﹝胎元﹞：<big>位於臍下﹝指內部，非指肚皮﹞，為行法的根源所在</big> 
</li><li>6.會陰：為於陰部與肛門的中間，和醫學術語相同。 
</li><li>7.尾閭：位於尾骨處，脊柱的末端，乃築基至開關緊要的地方。 
</li><li>8.夾脊：指脊柱中間部份，與羶中正相對之處。 
</li><li>9.玉枕：位於後腦部頸上凹陷處，兩個枕骨中間，在頭後蓋骨之人字縫合處，為病魔考之處；此處不可見風。 </li></ol>

玄关者，说法不一，我看到的资料有说上述位置，也有说是会阴处，也有说是玄而又玄的虚无处，而不是身体的具体部位。
此道修炼真的很玄！
