<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">右手同样如左手成拳,但伸出食指,用指背压住左鼻孔使它不通,缓缓地用右鼻孔深深吸气一次。当缓缓吸气时,观想所有菩萨放白光加持,白光从右鼻孔进入,并融入心轮中央的“不坏风心”,将气尽量吸满忍住,愈久愈好。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P154 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">呼气时,将右食指改压右鼻孔,此时用指面而非指背。分三次依序均匀地将气自左鼻孔呼出,呼出时观想所有业劫气(尤其是左半部身体),都变甩墨黑色烟气而消除出体外。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">食指仍压住右鼻孔,再慢慢地吸气一次,观想白光从左鼻孔流入,带来菩萨的加持,融入心中的不坏明点。将气尽量吸满忍住,直到不舒服为上;然后将食指改压左鼻孔,将所有业劫分三次次依序均匀从右鼻孔呼出,观想所有业劫气,尤其是身体右半部的业劫气都因此而清除。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">柔和或猛烈。猛烈的方法是用身体的力量使气强力而快速地进入中脉,虽然有效但危险,容易使气不平衡,身心不适。然而做好身体观空就会得到保障。在修圆满次第时,防止因修气而生“气分”之病,是很重要的;如果因此而生病,世医,药物是无能为力的。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">柔和的方法需要较多的时间但过程较匀和,它使气轻柔地进入中脉而不带来因气,脉,明点不平衡而产生的身心障碍。如果你能成功地修习柔和的方法,就不必将身体观空,因为这样就不会有气,脉病变的危险。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">宗喀巴认为柔和的方法比猛烈的方法好。他指出它不仅免除了上述的障碍,同时它也使行者更好地经验了光明。当你修四喜时,柔和的方法便能自然而平顺地循序渐进。此外在《喜金刚本续》及诸家注释中提到:即使你持瓶气修拙火,也要出自平静的态度来修习。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">最后必须说明,猛烈的方法还有另一缺点:如果你用更强的意愿修行,真的会使气更快集中,但身体跃动振摆,会妨碍你清晰地觉察气入中脉时的八种征兆</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">--</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">光明,就不可能认取。由于如上所述的种种原因,宁可采取柔和的方法。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P156 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">如何观空?你的身体有皮,肉,骨,血等等,但观时要将体内三十六物化成光,慢慢地空透,只剩一层透明如膜的皮肤。当这种观想稳固时,要观想皮肤变清净,透明,如虹无实质,不可触摸,而不是如虹七彩。如果你在修法的任何步骤上发生气分冷疾病,就必须观空,不管要花多少天,多少礼拜,直到毛病痊愈。观空结束前,要重新把你的身体再观成本尊身。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">前说左右二脉缠绕,束缚,压迫中脉,在各脉轮处形成脉结,你在观想时却要观脉结松开,打开各脉轮不通的部分。中脉真的就像一根竹杆,它有膜来分节,这些脉结如膜一般紧缠着中脉。圆满次第是观中脉中空,正直,上端下看,下端上看都直视无碍;中脉大小可随意观想,但原则上愈细愈好,初步可观成吸管粗,如果观不出来,可观成手臂粗,再逐步观细。最后可以观成吸管粗细时,就专注于此作观;如果愈来愈专心,就再观成更细,这整个过程可分成好几天完成。如果你有心把拙火修成,应该一天好几座花上许多星期,许多月份精进修持。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P157 <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">前面提到柔和,猛烈二种瓶气,前述慢慢提肌肉,关闭下二门是柔和瓶气;猛烈瓶气是手脚肌肉都收缩,使下半身气更迅速上提。据说如果行者修柔和瓶气不成,他就应该改修猛烈瓶气一会,然后再改修柔和瓶气。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">不同的死亡方法和不同的集气方法有相似之处。只观阿字像自然死亡。在这种情况下,气慢慢依序融入中脉。使行者得以好好辨别,专注于光明。猛烈瓶气就像暴毙。气很快融入中脉,由于气移动迅捷,所以认取光明就比较困难。最好的办法就是先用瓶气使心集中于脐轮的短阿字上,一旦熟悉后,再用更柔和的方法</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">--</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">只靠专注。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P169 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">修瓶气的第二目的是和位在中脉内,正好在脐轮下的下除气有关。使上,下半身之气在短阿字内混合,你就能使下除气上行,这样拙火就生起,炽盛。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">凡夫在性交时,下除气也因两性生殖器官连接而上行,然而这种移动不是发生在中脉内;这时只会使凡俗的拙火引燃,炽盛一下子。因为这种引燃,炽盛使下半身的明点融化,向下流,产生了极短时间的乐,然后射精,女人方面则保留于子宫。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P169 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">修瓶气及观拙火能使下除气上溯在中脉内。因为这种上行移动使拙火生起。燃烧炽盛,融化明点</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">--</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">这些都是在中脉内进行,不修密宗无法如此。虽然男女交合也会有拙火生起,炽盛,但不能使明点在中脉内融化,以及使明点自中脉上端的顶轮沿中脉向下流。凡夫交合对修习圆满次第绝无助益。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">正如性交能引燃风俗拙火,同样地,一些禅定方法也能在体内点火,发热。但是这种热只能使身体暖和,无法使人明心见性,如果你的目的在温暖身子,那么就裹条电毯或打开暖炉。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P170 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">正确的拙火是在中脉内生起。在中脉外点火,只会减损可在中脉内产生的热。结果点不融,也不在中脉内流动,这种禅修不会带来任何圆满次第之证量。如果大手印修不成,就不能证取光明。另一方面,如果拙火在中脉中生起,炽盛,你就能使气入,住,融于中脉。这样就没有东西能妨碍你生起俱生大乐</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">--</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">拙火之目的。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">这是第六次第的进阶,它也是连同瓶气来修,观想短阿及如针之火焰,再使火焰逐渐变长上升,其热难当,火焰沿中脉中央上升。当火焰到心轮中央时,火焰顺时钟方向绕倒立的吽字一周,使吽字快融化了,火焰逐渐上升到喉轮中央,右绕一次使正立的嗡字也快融化了。火焰继续上升到顶轮中央,触及杭字底部,顶轮有白明点</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">--</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">这是倒杭字,当火焰烧到杭字,白明点从种子字下向下滴。就像奶油被火舌一灼而融化下滴,此时观火退入短阿的火焰针。注意!过程中不要观种子字下的月轮。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P173 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">由杭字融化的白明点,有如一条长,细如蛛丝的线,又像在蜜糖罐上打个小洞,将蜜糖倒出一般,蜜糖成一条长线一般向下滴。下滴之白明点融入喉轮嗡字,使你觉得非常安乐;然后再从嗡字下滴到心轮融入吽字,产生的乐比喉轮更甚;最后明点到达脐轮,融入短阿字的火焰,就像火上加油一样,拙火更旺了。当种子字的热力增加时,你的安乐也增加。如果能力可及,就在一次瓶气中作完全流程。如果对你而言太难了,就先作瓶气,然后在正常呼吸时,观想如针之火焰变长,继续这个次第其他应作观想。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P173 <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">现在你观三世十方诸佛都化成空行,勇父</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">--</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">修密宗而成正觉的有情。在光团以外,已观出空行,勇父遍满虚空,都是双身交抱姿势而坐。现在观想光团放出蓝光照到每一对双身佛上,光并且进入各父佛的左鼻孔,蓝光再融入父佛心轮之不坏明点,使他们进入无染的俱生大乐的觉受。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">174 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">当每一对都得到大乐时,双身佛都化入光,父佛化入白明点,母佛化入红明点,二种明点混融,只看见每一对变成一点白色带红之明点,它就是大乐。各各明点又融合为一,进入你的眉心,这颗殊胜的明点进入中脉,走到顶轮中心之杭字,融入其中,杭字就和所有空行,勇父合而为一,杭字得到十方三世诸佛大智,大力的加持。切记!在观想时尽量专注。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P174 <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">由于诸佛加持,使拙火大量增旺,心专注一会儿后,观火力贯注在脐轮六十四瓣,现贯注到全身七万二千脉。这样一来,消除业障,清净所有气,明点,同样也使身,口,意三业清净。全身之气,脉,明点就是这样被诸佛大智,大力所加持。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P175 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">如果要用拙火取暖,就观贯注在七万二千脉内的光非常热。如果你缺乏技巧的话,这么一观就会把中脉的热力抽到身体其它部分了。这样做并不好,实在有碍拙火成就,甚至有危险,因为这样使你的拙火修法不纯正,结果当然大劣!在第二次第中提到,拙火的目的在加持所有的脉,气,明点,清净业劫气,除遗妨碍证觉的不良粗,细妄想,甚至最微细的</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">"</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">因待</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">"</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">,</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">"</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">能所</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">"</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">,这些都有赖拙火之光!</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">P175 <o:p></o:p></span></p>
