<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-bidi-font-family: 新細明體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt"><FONT color=#000000>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 新細明體; mso-bidi-font-family: 新細明體; mso-font-kerning: 0pt"><FONT color=#000000>一<SPAN lang=EN-US>&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN>總<SPAN lang=EN-US>&nbsp; </SPAN>論</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR><FONT color=#000000>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </FONT></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>靜功是氣功療法的一部分,與動功相對而言的一種功夫就外面的形式來說,它盤腿握手,閉口垂簾,身體坐著不動,與打拳運氣,手舞足蹈對比起來,所以叫做靜坐功夫。其實,這樣坐著,還不能說是真正的靜功,因為它雖然用呼吸吐納的一切方法使人體的氣脈內在運行,慢慢導致歸元,意識集中,得到真正的休息。所謂的清靜境界,才算得著靜功的好處。但,很多人在坐著的時候,每每意識不能集中,念頭不斷湧來,反而比不坐的時候意識更為紛亂。所以說不算真正的靜功。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR><FONT color=#000000>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </FONT></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>關於靜功的理論和方法,可分為佛家和道家兩大類,而兩家則又門派眾多,各有短長,因此,這裏不預備作學理的討論。只綜合各家的優點,作實用的介紹,分別把幾種簡要易行,行之有效的方法,切切實實介紹一番而已。雖然原則如此,仍附帶介紹幾種參考書,以供同志們作重點的鑽研。屬於佛家的經典,譯成漢文的典籍,可以《大安槃守意經》,《天臺小止觀法》和《摩訶止觀》為代表著作。其餘高深的東西,不必要了。屬於道家的經典,可參考道藏第三洞洞神之部的著作,自<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>盡<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>字型大小起,一直到<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>命<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>字型大小止,共二十一大卷,都是研究吐納服氣的方法,共有三十二種,內容豐富。對於吐納氣功,具有參考的價值。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  總的說來靜功在治療和保健兩方面,在配合動功的基礎上,是可以提高其有效程度的。同時動功和靜功的配合,其比例要恰到好處,就一般練功的規律而言,初步練功的人,應當先從動功入手,練過一些時間,再進入練靜功階段,慢慢在<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>由動入靜<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>的規律之下,把動功逐漸減少,靜功相應增多。再慢慢把靜功方法掌握好,運用得極其純熟,進步到只是運用<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>內動<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>而達到<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>入靜<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>的真正清靜境界,則外練的動功,可以舍去不用,而身體健康的程度,自然能夠提高,治療的效果,自然會如願以償的。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  關於練習靜功,除了應該遵守前述的禁忌志向之外,還應當注意下列的十二項要點。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  一要有信心。堅定信念,氣功能治好自己的病,能保健自己的身體。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  二要有恒心。堅持久練,不可因為中途療效不顯著而停止。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  三要能忍耐腰酸腿麻,專心一致地練下去。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  四要隨時隨地,在生活中,在工作中,都利用機會,練習吐納呼吸。把練功與生活、工作打成一片,結合起來。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  五要體會方法是否適合自己的需要。要知道<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>損益<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>、<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>取捨<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>,在練功當中,自覺某種方法于己有益,則勤勤練習,如果發現於己有損,則放棄不練。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  六要善於辨證各種<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>動觸<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>的現象。凡是氣脈流注,周遍全身,所產生的熱、涼、麻、酸、震掉等等,都是練功過程的必然現象,而這些現象象徵著氣脈的運行,與疾病作鬥爭的滋味,必須把這一切看作事理的當然,而平淡視之,絕對不可故意去追求它,也不可認為是什麼好現象,或者當作壞現象,更不可自生恐怖畏懼的心理。在各種<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>動觸<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>產生的時候,照上述的辨證體會,熱就讓它熱,癢就讓它癢,麻就讓它麻,一切的一切,給它一個不睬不理,不聞不見,一心一念,集中念頭,照著口訣去練功。則這些<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>動觸<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>的現象,自然會被自己<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>善巧運用<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>,而變作<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>溫養功夫<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>的一種資料,對於治療和保健,才有意無損。這一要點,關係練功很大,希望練功同志們細細體會。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  七要密行練功。得到了益處,不可向人談說,即使沒有得到益處,也不可胡亂向人問長問短。應該向指導的大夫彙報,或者向高明的人請教。這樣才可以避免練功發生枝節和障礙進步,才會有益處。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  八要在上坐的開始,先把姿式如法調整好。要全身放鬆,不要緊張。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  九要如法調息。把呼吸吐納合度,<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>神與氣合<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>,若存若忘。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  十要把念頭集中,思想不可開小差。在練氣的時候,要<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>神與氣合<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>,在修脈的時候,要<SPAN lang=EN-US>“</SPAN>神與脈合<SPAN lang=EN-US>”</SPAN>。都要相合一體,有似水乳交融。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  十一要在下坐之後,自行導引按摩。擦面、摩頭、拔耳、熨眼、叩齒、搓掌、搖肩、扭腰、伸腿、舒足。</FONT><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR></SPAN><FONT color=#000000>  十二要把口中的津液,細細咽吞,不可一口吞下。</FONT></SPAN></P>
