<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">按我们今天讲的观点,调身还有一个聚能的问题,就看你调成哪一种角度?调成哪种形状?像金字塔四面等距的一个体形,然后角度是</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">52</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">度,里面就聚能,而且聚能比较强。我们举一反三,调身就调成这个样。 </span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">调身的内容大致包括:坐式的,站桩的,卧式的,还有走式的即行功(或叫行禅)。我们主要讲坐式和站桩。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">坐式形式大致有自然坐,靠坐,盘坐,还有跏趺坐,盘根坐,跪坐,拥云坐,环抱坐等。常用的是自然坐,自然盘,单盘,双盘(即跏趺坐,也是葬密里边的坐法),最好是双盘。但不是所有人都能一步到位,可以按照这个顺序一步步往上走。这四种都会了,坐上的功夫就够用了,到家了。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">自然坐就是坐在椅子上,要点是:不要坐满,用尾骨根那儿坐在凳子的沿儿上,这样,把会阴露出来,你的腿就能成八字,这样腰也容易拔起来。在这种状态下练功,效果就比较好,腰不容易塌。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">悬顶就是以头顶百会为中心,不偏不倚,不俯不仰,像悬挂空中似的。头的位置过仰,呼吸就不畅,,颈部发酸;如果过低就容易昏睡,所以一般来说,下颌微收。但是练法也不一样。道家,医家都讲下颌微收,而藏密那边呢,就不是这样了,他要求你把下颌勾住喉咙那块儿,因为他为的是中脉运行方便一些。悬顶的另一个意思,是指头顶百会的泥丸处用力向上顶,好象用力的使之往上撑,这样使头部不歪,不斜,不紧张,不费劲,轻松自然的去做。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">拔背就是腰,背舒坦挺直,这是练功最基本最重要的姿势。如果有弯曲,就容易出现腰酸背痛,疲劳,就是所说的</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">"</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">柱病</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">"</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">,不好治。 </span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">松颈含胸 </span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">脖子这地方,一定要松弛。很多人练功时一吸气,这脖子就使上劲了,心里老是觉得得压下去这个劲。长此以往,两个大脖筋就变成犟脖筋了,稍有练功意念,它就犟开了,始终处于一种紧张状态,气没法儿过,弄得头晕脑涨脖子酸,所以练功时,脖子一定要松下来。胸略内收。腹部一收,胸口便不紧了,它自然就塌下来了,然后内收一点,但不要使劲收。你收的一紧,气容易往上聚,总堵的慌。你腹部一下塌,身子打直了,略略向前倾一点儿,整个是直形,这胸就不往下塌了。

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">腰部要伸直,腹部要放松。腹部放松,气才不会聚至心口窝。舌头放位适中,如果心脏较好的人,舌顶上腭。可以稍向上卷一点,不要使劲顶,可以避免口发紧,发苦,因为舌头始终自然放。一吸气舌头和舌腔就紧紧的吸到一起了,这样总觉得嘴里是苦的。它并没有唾液分泌,口里又紧又苦,所以舌头不是往上就是往下。心脏有毛病的,舌往上,心有上浮的感觉,不舒服。你把舌头搭下齿龈,吸气时舌抵上齿龈,呼气时放下齿龈,里边在动即舌的位置适中。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">眼睛:两目前视,稍向前方,远望眼前景物似为轻雾所遮,隐约可见,这是精神内练的意思。如两眼轻轻闭合,则要精神内视,收视,听内,但站桩时切记意守眉心。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">耳朵:凝神静息,好象极远处轻细的声音都听到,即敛神听微语,有助于精神内练的锻炼。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">头:要求正,像有根绳子往上提,下颌微收,似顶非顶,面部似笑非笑,因为它讲究一种威仪。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">足:两脚平放,意向下坐,两脚指头有抓地的意思,膝部微曲,同时向上缩但不要用力,用力就不稳了。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">胸腹:脊柱自然竖直,松肩坠肘,松腰坐胯,坐的高低拒体力定,心窝微收,小腹畅然,如果发现练功姿势不正确,可以把身子摇摆一下,松动一下肩背,就可调过来,归于自然位置。这是站桩。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">希夷睡就是睡仙功的样子。睡仙功已讲过,它的要领,姿势上,如果往右边,手放在右耳侧上,拇指和食指卡住耳。可别小看这个姿势,四个手指部位在脑垂体,食指拇指在听宫,等于一个晚上都在进行魔掌疗法。腿一个直,一个弯(奥妙仍是</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US">52</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">度),这是侧卧式。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">有的人把冬眠呼吸归为断息,这个不够确切。因为冬眠呼吸仍然有轻微的呼吸,是一种近似停止的呼吸方法;它的肺仅仅处于几乎休息的状态,但并没有停,心脏也处于几乎停止的状态,但也没有停。冬眠呼吸和断息不适合初学者练。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">气功中的自然呼吸,要求在平时的自然呼吸的基础上把呼吸的频率渐减,放慢呼吸,深度逐渐同步加深,使呼吸显得更为柔和,自然,舒畅,这是调息训练的最低要求。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="ZH-CN">浅呼吸是随着呼吸腹部微微起伏,这是呼吸高度柔和的情况下出现的一种情况。练功中,腹式呼吸可以和意念结合,这样效果会更好一些。吸气时,意想从腹部中心点的脊后发出力量,直起腰,松开腹肌,大量的吸气,好象气顺着脊背向肛门大量输送的样子,边吸边以意念向下压挤这气,使小腹感到充实,舒适。也可采取另外一种方法,吸气时,意想气从远方进入肚脐,向命门处挤压;呼气时,意想气从命门向肚脐处挤压,这样可使丹田发热,达到培养真气的作用。</span><span style="font-family: SimSun;" lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
